7-Day Exchange


At The Scale Shop, we understand that from time to time we all make mistakes and you may have inadvertently ordered the wrong scales online. If on receipt of your weighing scales, you determine that the ordered scales do not meet your requirements, please contact us within 7 days via email or call our customer service department on 1300 335 727 to discuss alternate weighing solutions.

Our 7-day exchange program is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Valid for orders up to $750.00 in value only;
  2. You must contact us prior to returning any goods;
  3. You are liable for all freight and insurance costs;
  4. Goods must be returned in the original packaging;
  5. Goods must be in "as new, unmarked" condition.

On receipt, the goods will be assessed and if determined to be in 'as new' condition, a store credit will be issued for the value of the goods. If the goods are not returned in 'as new' condition, with all accessories and documents, at our discretion, we may offer you a pro-rata store credit, to the value we assess the goods can be re-sold by us. If you do not agree with our valuation, you will be required to arrange for the collection of your goods from our premises within 14 days.
