Shipping

Dependant upon your location, your order may be dispatched via Austraiia Post, TNT, Toll, Couriers Please, Startrack, Fastway or Direct Freight Express. Whilst most orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 days of order, larger items and deliveries to regional locations may take up to 14 days. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us on 1300 335 727 and we will provide you with a quotation for an express delivery service.  

7-Day Product Exchange

At The Scale Shop, we understand that from time to time we all make mistakes and you may have inadvertently ordered the wrong scales online. If on receipt of your weighing scales, you determine that the ordered scales do not meet your requirements, please contact us within 7 days via email or call our customer service department on 1300 335 727 to discuss alternate solutions.

Our 7-day exchange program is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Valid for orders up to $1000.00 in value only;
  2. You must contact us prior to returning any goods;
  3. You are liable for all freight and insurance costs;
  4. Goods must be returned in the original packaging;
  5. Goods must be in "as new, unmarked" condition;

On receipt, the goods will be assessed and if determined to be in 'as new' condition, a store credit will be issued for the value of the goods. If the goods are not returned in 'as new' condition, with all accessories and documents, at our discretion, we may offer you a pro-rata store credit, to the value we assess the goods can be re-sold by us. If you do not agree with our valuation, you will be required to arrange for the collection of your goods from our premises within 14 days. 

"Out of the box" failures

Despite our best efforts, from time-to-time we experience "out of the box" failures. If you experience an "out of the box" failure, please contact us ASAP, where upon we will arrange for the return of the goods or agree to reimburse your reasonable return freight costs. On receipt of the goods, we will repair/replace the faulty goods at our cost, inclusive of return freight costs. 

Product warranty

Unless otherwise specified, all of our products are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty, the period of which is specified on each product page.

Price Match Guarantee

Found the same product at a cheaper price? Contact us on 1300 335 727 and we'll match the price subject to the following conditions:

  1. Applies to new products only;
  2. Competitor's price must be verified;
  3. Competitor must hold an ABN and ship from Australia;
  4. Verified price is not below our invoice cost;
  5. Does not apply to bulk sales.
