AnD FX 323i
Received my scale in a very timely manner and was impressed with the call to offer the upgraded 323 from the 300, and at no additional cost. While I haven’t thoroughly used it the coils of times I have I have found it to be an excellent choice of scale. Outstanding service and genuine professionalism.” I purchased an A&D FX-300i precision scale that developed a minor technical issue. Michael’s support has been exceptional. He walked me through proper operation via WhatsApp to rule out user error, then arranged a prepaid return label without fuss. I posted the scale back the next day, and he’s currently inspecting it. I haven’t received it back yet, but based on his prompt communication and follow-through — he answers calls or returns them immediately — I’m fully confident the matter will be handled professionally. An excellent product
I was using a RCBS Range Master 2000 which was giving me some divergent readings. This FX 300 i is far more sensitive and accurate. While it is fairly easy to use, I haven't used it enough to be completely at ease with it.
