He walked me through proper operation via WhatsApp to rule out user error, then arranged a prepaid return label without fuss. I posted the scale back the next day, and he’s currently inspecting it. An excellent product
I was using a RCBS Range Master 2000 which was giving me some divergent readings. This FX 300 i is far more sensitive and accurate. While it is fairly easy to use, I haven't used it enough to be completely at ease with it.
