A clear three-panel LCD simultaneously displays weight, piece weight and total count, making the operation simple and efficient. For added flexibility, the display can be detached from the scale and positioned separately, making it easier to work in confined spaces or when large cartons and containers extend beyond the stainless steel weight pan and would otherwise obstruct the operator's view.

How accurate is the A&D HC-i?

The A&D HC-i counting scale utilises a precision loadcell with internal resolution up to 1:750,000, so it can detect minor variance in weight. Counting accuracy is dependent on the consistency of individual item weights; products which are not uniform or have slight variations in weight will require a larger sample size in order for the count to be accurate. 

How do I select the right capacity counting scale?

Match capacity to your heaviest expected batch weight, and readability to your lightest individual piece. Pick a capacity comfortably above the total weight of your largest batch weight, then check the 'Min Piece Weight' column in the model comparison table to ensure the individual piece weight of the item to be counted is above the specified minimum piece weight for that capacity instrument.

Does the A&D HC-i arrive calibrated, or do I need to calibrate it first?
