How waterproof is the A&D SC platform scale? It's submersible. Delivering 4500 hours of continuous operation on a single set of 6D batteries the scale can be used just about anywhere without the need for an external power source making it perfect for weighing seafood. Incorporating an IP68 aluminium load cell and hygienic stainless-steel frame and pan, the A&D SC platform scale is suitable for food production weighing. Once verified, the A&D SC can be used for trade measurement weighing.
